We are happy to announce that we will host JLPT in December, 2026, at Campus Kongsvinger in Norway!
The date of the test is Sunday December 6th (12:30-16:30). The test will be hosted by Campus Kongsvinger (Formerly Høgskolesenteret i Kongsvinger) in collaboration with The Embassy of Japan in Norway and The Japan Foundation in Japan.
The test is now open for applications, and the application deadline is Thursday September 10th. For applicants with special requirements, the application deadline is also September 10th.
Please note that there is a limited number of applicants per level, and it is a first-come first-serve prioritization.
For the application, please fill in the required information in the form below.
In the case of specially accomodated test application, the following documents must be submitted by post mail (not digitally) and arrive at our test center within September 10th:

- You will receive an automated reply with instructions on how to make the payment.
- A test voucher will be issued by October 10th.
In the case of specially accomodated test application, an email will be sent explaining the process.

Upon entering the main entrance, details about room numbers will be available.
From Gardermoen airport, 1 hour+ is estimated by car, 1 hour 39 min by train (normally 1 train per 2 hours, please check the schedule).
From Kongsvinger train station, it is estimated to take 15-20 min by walking to our facilities.
From Vinger Hotel, it is estimated to take 30 min by walking to our facilities.
From Kongsvinger Budget Hotel, it is estimated to take 45 min by walking to our facilities.
From Festningen hotel & resort, it is estimated to take 30 min by walking to our facilities.
Practical information
Drinks can be purchased in the building; pizza will be served for free.
There is not sufficient time to go outside to buy food during the test breaks, and food is not allowed during the test, so please prepare accordingly.
Bring a pencil (not a pen) for the test day as it is necessary to fill out the test forms/answer sheets during the test. Eraser and pencil sharpeners are also allowed, but all other items and equipment are not allowed during the test.

After the test:
Test participants will receive a letter with score and results February/March, 2027. If the test was passed, there will also be a certificate for the level passed. These documents will be sent to the address registered on the form below. If you wish to change address, contact us by the end of January 2027. Any documents we send that are returned to us due to the wrong address will be maculated.
Terms for JLPT and Campus Kongsvinger:
By applying for JLPT test at Campus Kongsvinger, you agree to us being the data handler of the submitted information. The collected information will be used for purposes only related to JLPT and will be erased 5 years after the test is completed. The collected data will be sent to The Japan Foundation in Japan.
